A quotation from The Reader menu of menus spring 2004 issue page 10:

Dim Sum and Tea
Back to Guangzhou ... offers traditional Chinese food, not Americanized Chinese,
including an eye-catching array of dim sum, along with a traditional tea ceremony.
The ceremony teaches customers about the flavors and leaf characteristics of
different teas. Heading out to this part of the metro area is actually like taking a vacation.
Eat some dim sum shaped like a hedgehog or bunny, and enjoy the tea, round by round,
noticing how its flavor becomes richer. Go for an afternoon break and will
leave feeling refreshed and ready to go "back to Omaha" ... NL
